DescriptionYour role as Senior Client Manager - Business Development:
Fox IT / NCC has the ambition to become THE number 1 global Cyber Security Service company in the world. Our Client Account Managers contribute directly towards this goal by focusing on bringing in new logo clients and nurturing existing accounts whilst identifying opportunity for growth.
Your Focus- Focus on developing strategies for winning new clients for Fox-IT.
- Developing and securing New Business opportunities as well as nurturing and growing existing accounts
- Establishing and managing Account plans (short-term ~1year) with direct contribution towards achieving Fox-IT/NCC goals and targets.
- Lead the identification and pursuit of high-value business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and high-profile clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
- Formulate and execute strategic business development plans to secure large, complex deals with significant revenue potential.
- Oversee the entire deal lifecycle, from lead generation to closure and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to shape business strategies and support organisational growth.
- Present business proposals and high-level presentations to C-suite executives, boards and other senior-level stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, economic shifts and regulatory changes to anticipate and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
- Track and report on sales metrics, business performance and market penetration, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Acts as a cyber security sales specialist, is able to understand and discuss the customers business.
- Proven track record in new business development and account management
- Demonstrable success in selling complex IT and or cybersecurity solutions to strategic clients
- Experience of building outreach plans for go to market strategies for winning new clients
- Ability to inform and convince internal and external decisions makers to accept commercial proposals and business cases
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both in listening and articulating thoughts effectively.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and keep up with the fast paced nature of the Cybersecurity landscape
