As a production employee, you will be involved in the daily manufacturing and finishing of sail products. Your tasks include:
- Measuring, cutting, stitching/sewing, and gluing parts/components;
- Producing custom-made sails based on drawings or work instructions;
- Working with industrial sewing and/or welding machines;
- Checking product quality and finishing details;
- Preparing materials and supporting the production process;
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.

- Experience in production, textiles, sailmaking, or technical work is a plus (not required)
- You are motivated and willing to learn the trade on the job;
