About the roleAs we are growing and scaling, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our AVS products and services, brainstorming and helping to define new innovations, defining our growth areas and supporting our key customers from a product offering perspective. You’ll be the owner of your respective topics within AVS and are responsible for ensuring that new and developed products within the AVS domain are valuable, meet user needs and align with overall business strategy.
Responsibilities- Domain Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for AVS products (CoP, VOP, and non-regulated global schemes).
- Strategic Development: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap; build business cases for new features based on impact and revenue. Bridge customer needs, business goals, and technology teams to guide a product from conception to launch.
- Market Engagement: Participate in APC stakeholder groups and consortiums; conduct customer validation to identify pain points and market requirements.
- Cross‑functional alignment: Align and engage technical teams and other stakeholders to deliver value.
- Competitive Intelligence: Act as the subject‑matter expert on competitors and market trends.
As a senior product manager for AVS, you are the architect of trust. You’ll sit at the heart of our Product organization, bridging the gap between complex banking ecosystems and seamless user experiences. You understand the plumbing of global payments and have the commercial flair to sell a vision.
Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in the role of Product Manager in the field of Payments, managing API products and/or SaaS products.
- Understanding of banking goals and structures in the payment domain. You can act as a full‑fledged conversation partner to banks and financial institutions.
- Savvy with data and analytics, and experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
- Knowledge of cross‑border payments, SWIFT, etc. And its impact on the operational side of banks.
