Recruitment Quality Assurance Lead. Permanent. Europe based.
This role holds recruitment to account – not manages it.
We’re looking for someone with a true TA Quality Assurance mindset: able to independently assess recruiter and hiring manager performance, apply sharp judgment, and challenge underperformance in a commercially demanding environment.
What You’ll Do- Define and enforce a best-in-class TA quality framework across sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
- Conduct independent audits of recruiter output, hiring manager effectiveness, and candidate experience
- Assess ATS usage, sourcing channels, interview quality, and hiring decision consistency
- Identify bottlenecks and quality gaps across the hiring funnel
- Benchmark against leading organisations in financial services & tech
- Leverage emerging tools, including AI-driven sourcing and assessment
- Own and track key TA metrics: time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, candidate experience, offer acceptance
- Deliver direct, data-led insights to leadership – with clear actions
- Drive measurable improvement – success is defined by outcomes, not reports
- Proven experience in independent TA quality assessment / audit
- Confidence to make tough, evidence-based calls and challenge senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial instinct and bias for raising standards, not maintaining them
