As Hotel Manager you are ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations. You make sure everything runs smoothly — from happy guests to a well-functioning team. You manage the hosts, serve as the point of contact for housekeeping and suppliers, and keep quality sharp at all times. You create schedules, analyse guest reviews, and work with MEWS for planning and reporting. You actively think along about how we can make Hotel Not Hotel even better.
What are we looking for?- Familiar with MEWS property management system;
- A natural leader who knows how to motivate people;
- Humor, energy, and a sharp eye for detail;
- A strong communicator who gets things done;
- English is a must, Dutch is a plus;
- Living in or around Amsterdam.
