As a Solution Consultant Spring Commerce, you make a difference by ensuring a stable application landscape and organizing development of smart applications and solutions that fit the business needs. The applications are built in Creatio CRM and Mendix and support our business in Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience. You ensure stability, security and continuous improvement, and connect business and IT every day.

Wat ga je doen

As a Solution Consultant, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of your IT applications. You balance functional requirements from stakeholders with non-functional requirements such as stability, security and sustainability, while staying within budget.

You work closely with DevOps teams, developers and product owners. You are the solution expert and main point of contact, safeguarding the target architecture. You also collaborate intensively with other IT specialists, such as architects and process analysts, within our international Cross Border Solutions organisation.

This is an interesting role within the rapid changing international e-commerce environment of the Cross Border Solutions (CBS) business unit of PostNL that provides international delivery solutions to businesses worldwide. In this role you get the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the digitalization and data drivenness, which are important pillars of CBS's IT strategy. You will be challenged with building bridges between the development party and the business.

Wat vragen wij

You have strong analytical skills and keep a clear overview. You know how to advise stakeholders and enjoy working in an international environment at the intersection of business and IT. In addition:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or similar
• Strong requirement engineering skills and stakeholder management, with a proactive attitude
• You have experience with, or knowledge of, CRM systems (we work with Creatio CRM, but that's not a must) or low-code technology such as Mendix.
• You understand business processes in sales, marketing and customer experience.
• You communicate clearly in English, spoken and written.

• A gross monthly salary between €4.558 and €6.498 based on 37 hours per week.
• Hybrid working and flexible working hours. If you work from home two days or more per week, you receive a €45 net allowance per month.
