Typical projects: vessel conversions and modifications, crane upgrades, in‑house developments such as the topsides lift system, construction of new‑build vessels, etc.

Commercial Projects
  • Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed schedules for offshore installations and operational activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain close contact with clients, suppliers, and authorities to safeguard commercial agreements and permits.
  • Contract Management: Handle contract changes, concessions, and commercial aspects; negotiate variations and claims.
  • Budget & Reporting: Prepare cost estimates, progress reports, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth collaboration between engineering, operations, and HSE.
  • Risk Management: Identify commercial and operational risks and develop mitigation plans.

Typical projects: installation and decommissioning of platforms in the wind and oil and gas sectors, as well as installation of pipelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master in Civil, Mechanical, Offshore Engineering, Economics, or Commerce.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a technical context.
  • Affinity with complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
