We are looking for a talented Campaign Design Lead to join our team in Amsterdam.
You’ll be working in a diverse practice of visual, verbal, and experiential people, who work together to create purpose-driven campaigns and brands.
YOUR ROLEYou work in collaboration with creatives and designers. You take on an autonomous lead role in important projects together with the Head of Design and Creative Directors. You oversee design, support & supervise designers on dedicated clients and projects.
THIS MEANS- You bring unique and innovative visual translations of our creative concepts
- You challenge the work, break category convention and execute it at the highest craft standard
- You develop and innovate methods, processes and ways of working
- You have an eye for detail
- You share a unique and progressive vision of design
- You drive experiment and innovation in the work
- You are a connector, bringing different disciplines together to improve the overall quality of work
- You are trustworthy in client relationships
- You are a team player but able to function independently as well
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in all the standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc).
- An online portfolio showcasing great sense of design
- A mind filled with creative ideas
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Leadership experience
- A hands‑on mentality
- You are good at branding, identities, and digital products too.
- You do other things related to design (motion or 3D etc)
