Product Owner Associate

Adaptfy is growing! We are looking for a Product Owner with 3-5 years of experience, to join our Data and Analytics team in Amsterdam.

Adaptfy is a turnkey data & analytics solution for the SHV family of companies. We support the SHV Groups with advanced Data & Analytics in all areas, elevating their operations in all industries, across markets, and throughout their entire value chains.

• Setup and facilitate workshops, meetings & interviews with client teams.
• Develop the product plan in conjunction with various stakeholders across multiple organizations and disciplines.
• Estimate project resource needs in line with the project requirements & plan.
• You apply your technology & business knowledge to create a path for the product development and rollout in line with client expectations.
• You will work with solution architects & functional teams to shape product strategy.
• Have a willingness to travel as needed for client projects.

• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience, potentially in combination with relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years at a project lead level.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.); and/or MBA.
• Experience with data & analytics solutions delivery.
• Experience with eCommerce &/or cloud analytics solutions.
• Experience with Agile (including DevOps) way of working and running scrum teams, either as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across clients, peers, and supervisors.
• Experience in leading teams and delivering successful projects (complete life cycle).
• Strong communication skills (oral and written); fluent in English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrable experience.
• Ability to innovate and deal with a constantly changing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, cloud analytics solutions.
• Experience with SLDC and Waterfall development processes.
• Experience with designing and developing solution architecture.
