- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to leave, absence, and vacation management.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off based on business and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to design and implement leave policies, accrual rules, and absence processes.
- Configure and maintain Time Types, Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Period-End Processing Rules, Absence Counting Rules, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Off Workflows, Business Rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Support employee lifecycle processes that impact leave balances and absence tracking.
- Perform system analysis and troubleshoot Time Off-related issues and defects.
- Assist with integrations between EC Time Off and payroll systems, time tracking systems, and third-party HR applications.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Participate in data migration, validation, and reconciliation of leave balances and historical absence data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and country-specific labor laws related to leave and absence.
- Monitor quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases and assess their impact on Time Off functionality.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and end-user support materials.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Time Off solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of leave management, absence processes, and HR/payroll integration concepts.
- Hands‑on experience in configuring Time Types, Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Absence Counting Rules, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Workflows, Business Rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Experience working with integrations between Time Off, payroll systems, and external time tracking solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience working in global or cross‑functional environments, preferably in a consulting setup.
