In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
- Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in Talent & Performance domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Compensation functionalities.
- Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress.
- Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
- Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets.
- Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementation projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Talent & Performance or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
- Thriving in a diverse, dynamic environment, meeting deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Talent & Performance workstreams.
- Experience with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework.
- Up to date Workday, HCM / Talent & Performance certifications.
- 2-5 years professional Workday experience.
- Up to date Workday certifications.
- Fluency in Dutch.
