The JobAs a Supply Chain Officer, you play a key role in ensuring our daily logistics operations run smoothly within a fast‑growing company. You will manage shipments from start to finish, coordinate with partners across the supply chain, and make sure goods move efficiently from suppliers to customers. In this role, you will work closely with and under the guidance of our Supply Chain Manager, while acting as the central point of contact between suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams. You’ll take ownership of operations and resolve issues as they arise.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound shipments, from booking through to final delivery
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouses
- Monitoring shipment progress and proactively resolving delays or issues
- Ensuring timely customs clearance and accurate documentation
- Overseeing warehouse activities and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Working with ERP systems to keep logistics data up to date and reliable
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and optimize costs
- Collaborating closely with teams such as Trade, Finance, and Sales
You are someone who takes ownership and enjoys making things run smoothly. You’re naturally organized, detail‑oriented, and able to keep an overview even when multiple shipments and deadlines are moving at the same time. You don’t wait for problems to escalates but you spot them early and take action. You’re comfortable working independently but also enjoy collaborating with others and communicating clearly across teams and external partners. In a fast‑paced environment, you stay calm, structured, and focused on solutions.
In addition, you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Around 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations
- Experience working with ERP systems and solid Excel skills
- A good understanding of international logistics and shipping processes
