Our Key Account Management team plays a crucial role in driving sustainable growth. By building strong, strategic partnerships with leading retailers, like Amazon, Bol.com, CoolBlue, and MSH, we ensure TP-Link and Tapo products reach more consumers while strengthening our market position in the Benelux.
What you will doAsKey Account Manager E-commerce, you will take full ownership of one of our most important strategic retail partners. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and translate opportunities into measurable commercial success. On top of that, you will spend about 20% of your time to develop other accounts or find new business.
Develop and execute the strategies- Together with the Ecommerce team and reporting to our VP Consumer Sales, you will define, implement and execute the commercial strategy for TP-Link and Tapo across all relevant categories.
- Build long‑term growth plans aligned with objectives.
- Together with our GTM manager, you will lead and execute GTM campaign strategies within your accounts to maximise visibility, performance and brand impact.
- Own and optimise KPIs: traffic, conversion, AOV/ASP and sales growth.
- Strengthen the digital shelf through data‑driven category management and optimisation.
- Plan & Lead product launches, campaigns and seasonal activations with excellence.
- Take responsibility for retail activation and marketing planning & execution.
- Ensure operational excellence: stock management, order flow, fulfilment alignment, PDP design and content, and proactive issue resolution.
- Achieve sales and margin targets through accurate forecasting and close collaboration with marketing, GTM, finance and supply chain teams.
- Develop and execute strong joint business plans for your accounts.
- Optimise promotional investments and financial planning to secure sustainable long‑term growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations supported by sharp analysis.
- Organise and lead regular business reviews with your accounts and internal leadership.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to unlock opportunities and drive efficiencies.
- Act as the internal ambassador for your accounts within the Benelux organisation and do the same for TP-Link and Tapo within your accounts.
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) preferably working for or managing CoolBlue in a leading position
- Strong expertise in e‑commerce, digital retail and online marketing.
- Analytical mindset combined with strong commercial acumen.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial drive, ambition and a strong focus on delivering growth.
