About the jobAs B2B Growth Marketing Manager, your main goal is to generate qualified pipeline and increase awareness among decision‑makers in Customer Service, Operations, and HR.
You will design and execute marketing initiatives that combine content, partnerships, digital campaigns, and curated industry events to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support sales growth.
This is a hands‑on role where you will both shape marketing initiatives and execute them together with the team.

Key responsibilities Demand generation & pipeline growthDevelop and execute marketing campaigns that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
- LinkedIn campaigns targeting customer service and operations leaders in the Dutch market
- Lead magnets such as industry insights, case studies, and benchmarks
- Email nurturing campaigns to activate existing leads and contacts
- Account‑based marketing campaigns for target companies
- Webinar campaigns on topics such as scaling support teams, and remote hiring
You will work with tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, webinar platforms, and analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize conversion from awareness to sales conversations.
Thought leadership & contentBuild awareness and credibility by positioning Cocoroco as a thought leader in the future of customer support and remote work.
You will:
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn (founder posts, company content, insights)
- Organize and promote webinars and podcasts
- Develop case studies, and customer stories
- Turn market insights into engaging content for decision‑makers
A startup mindset is essential: you are comfortable building visibility and experimenting with new formats.
Events, partnerships & sales supportSupport commercial growth through curated industry experiences and strategic collaborations.
You will:
- Organize leadership dinners, roundtables, and small industry events for decision‑makers in customer service and operations
- Collaborate with partners such as Deel on joint campaigns and events
- Support the sales team with marketing collateral, campaigns, and lead nurturing initiatives
- 3–5 years experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
- Experience with content marketing, campaigns, and event‑driven marketing
- Familiar with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns
- Experience with startup environments or early‑stage companies is a strong plus, as this role requires building awareness and marketing infrastructure from the ground up.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience within the Dutch B2B market
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, HR tech, or recruitment platforms is a strong plus
