The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing Benelux team. Based out of our group office in Zoeterwoude, this is a hybrid role focused on managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across the Benelux region.

You will act as the primary relationship owner for a defined set of clients — maintaining high satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue from renewals and expansions across our full range of IAM services and solutions. You will also play an important role in converting warm leads and supporting new business where accounts are handed over from the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients across the Benelux region. Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding strategic objectives and aligning IAM solutions to their evolving business goals.
  • Account Growth & Renewals: Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. Drive revenue growth through renewals, service expansions, and increased adoption of Intragen's consulting, managed services, and IAM solutions.
  • Business Development Support: Work closely with the new business sales team to support a smooth handover of new clients and help convert warm pipeline opportunities where appropriate.
  • IAM Solutions Expertise: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Intragen's IAM services, including IGA, PAM, Access Management, Consulting, and Managed Services. Partner with internal technical experts to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Client Onboarding & Success: Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth transition and handover to Operations and Finance teams. Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are utilising services effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage confidently at all levels — from project teams through to C‑suite — building trust and long‑term partnerships. Represent Intragen at client meetings, business reviews, and industry events.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate and regular reporting on account status, pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client satisfaction. Maintain up‑to‑date records in HubSpot CRM at all times.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on the latest IAM trends, threats, and regulatory developments to provide relevant, timely advice to clients and strengthen Intragen's position as a trusted advisor.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within the IAM, cybersecurity, or wider technology sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, achieving retention and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and solutions — experience with platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, One Identity, or CyberArk is a significant advantage.
  • Confident, credible communicator — able to engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.
  • Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluent Dutch and English — written and verbal. This is essential for the Benelux market.
  • Self‑motivated, structured, and accountable — able to manage a portfolio of accounts independently.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline and client activity.
  • Collaborative team player who works well with technical, delivery, and finance colleagues.
