Your responsibilities as a DHL Express delivery driver:

• Delivery and pick-up: You deliver and collect parcels from businesses and private customers, carefully check shipments, and ensure everything is handled safely and on time.
• Route planning and navigation: You use GPS, route optimization tools, and support from the logistics team to drive your route efficiently and minimize delays caused by traffic.
• Customer contact and service: You are in direct contact with customers, answer questions, help solve issues, and leave a professional and friendly impression everywhere you go.
• Physical work and safety: You lift and move parcels weighing up to 30 kg, wear the required uniform and safety shoes, and work according to safety guidelines.
• Collaboration in the depot: You start and finish your shift at the depot, coordinate with colleagues and supervisors, and support each other to handle peak moments and challenges smoothly.

Wat we je bieden

• Hourly wage between €15.96 and €19.75, depending on your experience
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
• Flexible workweek of 24 to 40 hours, tailored to your preferences
• Accrual of 8% holiday pay and 10% holiday hours for every hour worked.
• Accrual of a flex budget of 6.24% per worked hour, which can be paid out whenever you like.

Wat we van je vragen

• A valid category B driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Proven experience as a courier within the Netherlands
• Availability for at least 24 hours per week, including Fridays
• Physically capable of lifting packages up to 30 kg
• A customer-oriented mindset and willingness to show flexibility and extra effort
