YOUR ROLE AS NIGHT AUDITOR
As Night Auditor, you are the point of contact for the hotel during the night. You combine hospitality with administrative accuracy and ensure that every guest feels safe and welcome at night. You work independently and are responsible for both the front office and the back office during the night shift.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Check guests in and out professionally;
Be the point of contact for questions during the night, both by phone and in person;
Ensure safety and order in and around the hotel;
Prepare and process administrative and financial reports;
Report any unusual occurrences to the morning shift;
Support colleagues where necessary (e.g., room service, lobby presentation).
WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?
Experience in hospitality or a similar position is a plus;
Independent, responsible, and able to work under pressure;
Flexible and available for night shifts (including weekends);
Good knowledge of Dutch and English;
Knowledge of a reservation system such as Opera is an advantage.
