As an operator in the Taste department at IFF, you will play a hands-on role in transforming raw materials into fragrance components that are used in food and cosmetics worldwide. Working within a 3-shift schedule, you’ll ensure that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. With your attention to detail and precision, you’ll handle up to 30 ingredients per batch, contributing to the creation of high-quality products that meet IFF’s standards. Collaboration with your team and maintaining a clean, organized workspace will be key to your success in this role.
What You Will Do:
- Follow: recipes to collect, weigh, and process raw materials using a mobile weighing station with a computer and scale.
- Prepare: materials for further processing by mixing and operating production equipment.
- Monitor: production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain: safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring a well-organized and hazard-free workspace.
- Collaborate: closely with your team to optimize production processes and uphold quality standards.
- Gross hourly wage of €17,38 + 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked
- 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
- 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
- A contract directly at IFF in the future
- At least 3 years of experience in production (for example, in the food, pharma or process industry)
- Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3 shift system
- Reliable, independent, and not afraid of strong scents
- Physically fit; lifting up to 23 kg is no problem for you
