Your day to day:
Lead the floor
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver a high-energy and welcoming atmosphere.
Coach and develop team members while maintaining strong teamwork and communication.
Create great guest experiences
Ensure every guest receives friendly, attentive, and memorable service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and restaurant presentation.
Keep operations running smoothly
Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure the restaurant is well prepared for service.
Monitor stock levels, equipment, and cleanliness to meet safety and quality standards.
Work closely with the kitchen and management team to support efficient service.
Collaborations between the other F&B outlets when needed
Communication with the restaurant owners, acting as the main link between them and the Hotel Management Team.
Coordinating and overseeing B2B collaborations and external events involving the brand.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a restaurant leadership role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A hands-on, energetic approach to service.
Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
Passion for hospitality, food, and creating great guest experiences.
