Site Manager

The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and quality delivery of machines while maintaining safety and compliance with warehouse regulations. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage site activities and personnel.

• Plan, organize, and manage all site (warehouse) activities, ensuring efficient and safe daily operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Perform hands‑on site (warehouse) tasks, including material handling, equipment operation, PDI, and basic machinery/equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of aerial work platforms and related machinery.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of parts, tools, and materials required for site (warehouse) operations.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, service, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor site (warehouse) performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee facility and administrative duties, such as telephone and network systems, courier services, office supplies and maintenance of assets/vehicles.

• Proven experience in managing site (warehouse) operations, preferably in the machinery or aerial work platform industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a site environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in site (warehouse) management software and MS Office.
• Physically fit and willing to undergo a pre‑employment medical examination.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
