About the roleAs we scale toward our next growth milestones, we are moving past "organizing events" to owning the physical and digital face of SurePay across Europe. We are looking for a Field Marketing powerhouse – a SaaS growth engine. You will be the glue between Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, ensuring that every handshake at a roundtable and every badge scan at a conference is meticulously tracked and converted into measurable revenue. You will own the strategy and the heavy lifting, build the manual while running the plays, with the goal of ensuring every event turns into a relationship and every relationship turns into revenue.
Responsibilities- The physical and digital "face" of SurePay across Europe; own the end‑to‑end execution of ~50 annual events, including international trade shows, intimate executive roundtables, webinars, and partner co‑marketing activations.
- Pipeline Generation: source and accelerate deals through events, with clear attribution tracking.
- Ownership of campaigns and programs; develop and execute fully integrated marketing plans to drive demand generation, land new logos and achieve new business pipeline targets.
- Partner Marketing Excellence: develop and execute co‑marketing programs with strategic partners, navigate partner relationships commercially, ensuring maximum brand presence without diluting the message.
- Operational Ownership: manage the Field Marketing budget, track ROI per event, and use data (HubSpot, Dreamdata, AI‑assisted workflows) to make investment recommendations.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: establish a "Gold Standard" rhythm where Sales and CSMs are invested in events, create a calendar they rely on, and provide on‑the‑ground hosting that generates FOMO for prospects who miss a SurePay invite.
- 5+ years in Marketing, with at least 3+ years specifically in Field Marketing or Event Management within B2B SaaS, preferably across European markets.
- Scale Experience: have worked in a company during a high‑growth phase ($10m to $50m ARR) and understand what "great" looks like.
- Experience running co‑marketing programmes, understanding how to navigate a partner relationship commercially without losing brand control.
