Customer Success Manager (Spanish Speaking) | Agri-Tech

We are looking to expand our team with a Customer Success Manager Producers & Supply Chain (M/F).

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for our QC scanner business line. You will work closely with customers to integrate our technology into their workflows, create measurable value, and foster strong relationships to support growth and waste reduction. For this role, you need to be fluent in both English and Spanish. Dutch is a strong plus.

• Customer Onboarding: Guide customers in implementing OneThird’s technology, aligning with their workflows and goals.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and deliver insights to optimize quality control, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Value Realization: Track key metrics (e.g., waste reduction, ROI) and ensure customers achieve measurable results.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships, act as the customer’s advocate within the company, and drive long-term collaboration.
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver tailored training to ensure effective technology use, supported by educational materials.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
