Strategy Consultant - Corporate Strategy & Growth

We are Accenture’s Corporate Strategy & Growth (CS&G) practice. We help shape our clients’ strategy from the C‑Suite level and thus enable them to deliver high performance and achieve growth that is sustainable. We own the strategic narrative and orchestrate strategic transformations. As part of our fast‑growing Corporate Strategy & Growth team, we are looking for a Strategy Consultant. As a consultant you will work in a high-performance environment with young and enthusiastic colleagues to address priority C‑suite issues with precision and speed. You will take on responsibility for your own workstreams within projects and give guidance to analysts. You will also be involved in actively growing and developing our Amsterdam‑based team, where you can express your entrepreneurial capabilities.

• Team: The CS&G team operates across Europe as a strategy‑only function. You will be part of our diverse, European‑wide network of 124 colleagues. At the same time, you will start in our small and ambitious Dutch team which aims to grow quickly during the coming years. We are uniquely positioned to work together with our great Amsterdam‑based Accenture colleagues, while being backed by our European network.
• Daily tasks: As part of a project team, you will be directly on‑site with clients, developing strategies around growth, digital transformation, go‑to‑market strategy, and new digital business models. In our projects you will come together with motivated and ambitious colleagues from both the Amsterdam location and the European CS&G team to analyze our clients’ strategic challenges, solve complex problems, and help them determine strategic direction, vision and goals.
• Technology: You will lead with insight: use of advanced data, analytics and AI, and human‑centric design to co‑create and implement technology‑enabled, disruptive strategies and solutions that win competitive advantage, unlock value and drive growth for clients.
• Data: Data has a crucial role in your job. You make data‑driven decisions. Combined with critical thinking, experience, and input from others you will bring resolutions for complex problems. You understand and know how to leverage the power of data while remaining conscious of data privacy and data security.

• A Master’s degree with excellent academic achievements, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of strategy consulting experience and/or relevant experience in a strategic function of a large enterprise.
• Affinity with technology and digitalization.
• Excellent presentation & communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• You are a team player with a “can‑do” mentality who can think outside of the box.
• You are proactive, entrepreneurial and driven.
• You are structured and analytical.
