Supply Chain Specialist - 6+ months

A leading global consumer brand is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join its CEMEA Marketplace Supply Chain team, supporting distributor markets across Middle East, Eastern Europe and North Africa.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational ownership, cross‑functional collaboration and driving execution excellence in a fast‑moving, international supply chain environment.

• Act as the Supply Chain representative for assigned accounts, ensuring operational excellence across service, convenience, sustainability and profitability KPIs
• Own and manage end‑to‑end logistics execution, from shipment release through delivery and documentation archiving
• Partner closely with Sales, Planning, Finance, Logistics and Transportation teams to operationalize commercially and financially aligned plans
• Support seamless pre‑, in‑ and post‑season execution, including order entry, OBR, shipping and delivery activities
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop scenarios and mitigation plans, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to and lead process improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects, bringing structure, agility and an innovation mindset

• Proven experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics role, ideally within a complex, international or distributor‑led environment
• Strong account and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross‑functionally
• Analytical, results‑driven mindset with the ability to translate data into operational actions
• Experience leading or contributing to process improvements and performance management
• Strong digital skills: Advanced Excel and MS Office; experience with SAP, Cognos, Alteryx or Tableau is a plus
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently in an agile setup
