We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Performance Management, Goal Management, and Succession & Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting key talent management modules while ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules including:
- Performance Management (PM)
- Goal Management (GM)
- Succession & Development (SD)
- Set up and manage:
- Goal plans and performance forms
- Calibration templates
- Succession data models
- Talent pools and development plans
- Lead or support end-to-end implementations and system enhancements across PMGM and SD modules
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for HR teams and end-users
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption
- Ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and compliance with internal and external policies
- Analyze and report on performance, succession, and development metrics to support talent strategy decisions
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong expertise in:
- Performance Management (PM)
- Goal Management (GM)
- Succession & Development
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations
- Hands-on configuration experience across PMGM and SD modules
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in user training and documentation
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (PMGM and/or Succession & Development)
- Experience working in global or enterprise environments
- Location: Amsterdam (onsite/hybrid depending on project needs)
- Duration: 6 months contract
€60000 - €80000 monthly
