We are looking for a Cluster Revenue & Reservations Manager to drive performance across two distinctive hotels in the Netherlands:
Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South (207 rooms), located in the heart of the Zuidas business district
voco The Hague (204 rooms), where heritage meets contemporary lifestyle hospitality
Reporting directly to the Cluster Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping revenue strategy, optimizing distribution, and elevating the reservations function—ensuring both properties outperform their markets while delivering seamless guest journeys from the very first touchpoint.
Your Impact
In this role, you will take full ownership of revenue and reservations performance across a 400+ rooms cluster, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving Revenue Performance
Develop and execute short- and long-term revenue strategies to maximize profitability, RevPAR, and market share across both hotels.Turning Data into Action
Analyse demand trends, market dynamics, and performance data to inform pricing, forecasting, and inventory decisions.Optimizing Distribution & Systems
Ensure optimal positioning across all channels while managing and refining reservation systems (Opera and related platforms) to drive efficiency and accuracy.Leading & Developing Teams
Lead the Revenue and Reservations teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Maximizing Yield Opportunities
Proactively manage room categories, rates, and availability to unlock incremental revenue opportunities.Driving Commercial Alignment
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and IHG’s regional teams to ensure a fully aligned and integrated commercial strategy.Staying Ahead of the Market
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a strong competitive positioning.Ensuring Seamless Guest Experience
Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth, efficient, and guest-centric booking journey.
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, or a commercial role within hospitality
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful decisions
Proficiency in Opera, Excel, and PowerPoint (Power BI and GRS are a plus)
Solid knowledge of hotel systems and market intelligence tools (STR, RMS, Delphi, Amadeus, etc.)
Strong communication and influencing skills across teams and senior stakeholders
Organized, proactive, and commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
