Ingka Investments is making purposeful investments into Renewable Energy projects to help the Ingka Group achieve its ambitious sustainability targets. Within the portfolio, the Renewable Energy team is responsible for the management of a 7.5 billion euro investment framework across 50+ wind farms and 20+ solar farms across 20 countries. The ambitions of Ingka Group are such that the Renewable Energy portfolio is expected to double its electricity generation capacity by 2030.
We are now looking for someone who is passionate about security and enjoys working in a collaborative, international environment. You bring a pragmatic mindset and you like turning complex security requirements into practical solutions that support the business.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure security services, including Microsoft Sentinel and Defender for Cloud
- Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development and deployment
- Knowledge of IT/OT integration environments or critical infrastructure security is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of cloud security operations and incident response
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Your responsibilities
Security is a critical part of our managed infrastructure. While most policies and frameworks are defined at Group level, Business Solutions is responsible for implementing them in the context of Renewable Energy and day?'to?'day operations.
This role exists to make that happen.
As the security point of contact within Business Solutions Operations, you will ensure that cloud security is consistently applied, monitored, and continuously improved across our Azure environments.
You will not be defining enterprise security policy or holding end?'to?'end cyber accountability. Instead, you will:
- Translate security policies and standards into practical actions
- Keep security activities structured and organized
- Work with teams to identify, prioritize, and address risks in a pragmatic, business?'aware way
- Work with development, infrastructure, and OT teams to embed security into every layer of the platform
- Help ensure our cloud platforms remain secure while enabling teams to use advanced analytics and AI-driven monitoring, all while protecting the systems that support our renewable energy assets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Azure environments using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, and Log Analytics
- Investigate security alerts, triage incidents, and drive remediation efforts
- Create, tune, and maintain alert rules, playbooks, and automated response workflows
- Enforce least-privilege access using Azure RBAC and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Collaborate closely with the Cloud Infrastructure team to design and deploy secure Azure resources
- Monitor and respond to suspicious sign-ins and identity-based attacks
- Automate security operations using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, PowerShell, and Azure CLI
- Support initiatives that leverage AI and data analytics for proactive threat detection and predictive operational insights
About this work area
You will be part of the Business Solutions team within Ingka Investments Renewable Energy portfolio. The team designs, delivers, and operates digital solutions that support renewable asset management across the Ingka Renewables portfolio. The team brings together project managers, architects, developers, data engineers, and operations engineers, covering the full solution lifecycle from design and implementation to integration, operation, and continuous improvement.
The team owns renewable asset data pipelines and supporting digital infrastructure, working closely with the business and with external partners such as Microsoft solution architects and technology providers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
