We are searching for a dedicated team member to join our energetic Food & Beverage team at Pestana Amsterdam Riverside, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. In this dynamic environment, you'll collaborate with approximately 25 team members, providing service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar service, room service, and events up to 200 people.

What You Will Be Doing:
Delivering warm, friendly, and attentive service during breakfast, ensuring guests start their day in a positive way
Setting up and preparing the breakfast buffet before service, including food presentation, table settings, and equipment
Maintaining the buffet throughout service by replenishing food, beverages, and tableware in a timely and hygienic manner
Assisting guests with questions about the breakfast offerings, dietary requirements, and allergens
Clearing and resetting tables promptly to keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and welcoming
Supporting basic food preparation tasks in line with hygiene and safety standards
Ensuring cleanliness of the restaurant and buffet area during and after service, including cleaning tables, counters, and service equipment
Acting as a host/hostess during breakfast service, welcoming guests and being their first point of contact
Working closely with the kitchen and breakfast team to ensure smooth and efficient service
