As Global Segment Manager, you shape the strategic direction and long term success of our segment worldwide. You translate the global segment strategy into actionable regional roadmaps, ensuring alignment, clarity, and measurable business impact across a complex matrix organization. You drive the evolution of our segment offering—whether hardware, software, or integrated solutions—while continuously improving global processes, enabling regions, and strengthening operational excellence. You lead and develop a small international team, steer key business KPIs, and act as a strategic partner for regional segment. This full time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 25%.

- Translate the global segment strategy into clear regional priorities and support regions in developing their segment strategies.
- Act as full global segment owner, steering the business across hardware and software offerings while continuously improving global processes and approval flows.
- Lead and develop a small international team, manage business KPIs, and support decision‑making related to IBD roles and structure.
- Contribute to key customer development through targeted stakeholder engagement and strategic support.
- Build segment competence across regions by strengthening understanding, capabilities, and collaboration within the global community.

- A solid understanding of segment applications and customer needs, ideally with experience in intralogistics, warehousing, racking, or airport baggage systems.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, project leadership, or execution roles, with proven stakeholder management and customer‑facing communication skills.
- The ability to navigate and influence within a matrix organization, reducing complexity, aligning priorities, and driving strategic topics forward.
- A technical background or strong technical affinity (e.g., anchoring solutions) paired with a business oriented mindset; BSc or MSc is a plus.
- International exposure, strong interpersonal skills, and a solution‑oriented approach to tailoring offerings and creating customer value.
