• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

• Strong understanding of standard Salesforce out-of-the-box features, including Lightning Platform (mandatory), Flows, and Approval Processes
• Experience with CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of environment setup and management
• Good understanding of security and QA practices
• Familiarity with integration concepts and common integration patterns
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Self-driven, mature, and capable of working independently
• Working knowledge of Apex tooling (good to have)
• Salesforce Shield knowledge
• Experience with AutoRABIT
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Exposure to Azure platform
