Lethe GmbH delivers specialist solutions for the maritime sector – from interior outfitting to insulation and fire protection. We support yacht builders and naval clients on projects where reliability, tight documentation, and delivery on time aren’t “nice to have” – they’re non-negotiable.This role is based at our Ridderkerk site, right in the heart of the Rotterdam–Amsterdam maritime corridor. You’ll be close to customers, close to the project teams, and close to the decisions that keep work moving.
This isn’t a “hands-off” key account job. You own the commercial side end-to-end: spotting opportunities early, shaping offers, negotiating terms, closing contracts – and staying engaged through delivery to make sure commitments are met. You’ll work side-by-side with project and operational teams, align priorities across the wider group, and step in when things get tense – helping to de-escalate issues fast and keep projects on track.

Hands-on experience with contracts and commercial agreements (set-up, review, follow-up)
Defence experience and/or familiarity with ADNO requirements is a strong plus
Plenty of room for initiative, ownership and smart organisation
A modern workplace in Ridderkerk with a down-to-earth, motivated team
