Job Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Category Management (40%)- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials
- Manage portfolio to ensure cost competitiveness and supply security
- Manage key supplier relationships and performance
- Lead negotiations and contract execution
- Monitor market trends and pricing dynamics
- Provide forecasts and insights to the business
- Primary interface to Versatics business
- Align with supply chain, R&D, and operations on supply needs
- Identify improvement opportunities in sourcing and supply
- Drive continuous improvement and value creation
- Strategic Leadership – Ability to develop and implement long-term procurement strategies.
- Negotiation & Influence – Strong track record in negotiating complex supplier agreements.

- 10+ years relevant commercial or procurement experience

- Experience working in a matrix or multi-site organization.
