We’re looking for a System Enablement Specialist to join our System Enablement team. In this role, you will partner with the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization to create, deliver, and measure high‑quality training and enablement content that empowers our sales team to leverage new tools and features effectively.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver engaging, multimedia training content—including presentations, instructional videos, and practical guides—to help sales teams master complex information.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions on Salesforce, sales engagement tools, and new system functionalities, ensuring high participation, adoption, and knowledge retention.
- Analyze and measure enablement impact, monitor tool adoption, and identify performance gaps to provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with Product Management to align enablement activities with product initiatives and coordinate smooth execution.
- Translate technical product updates into clear, actionable content for GTM stakeholders, acting as the critical bridge between technical teams and the sales organization.
- Manage multiple enablement projects from ideation to completion, using tools such as Jira and other task‑management platforms to drive adoption and ensure successful transitions.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Technical Training, or a similar function.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM (required).
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools such as Gong and a strong understanding of the broader sales tech ecosystem.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs) and AI content‑creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM).
- Comfort using project‑management tools like Jira for tracking tasks and workflows.
- Exposure to data‑analysis platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is considered an asset.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and the ability to adapt quickly in fast‑changing or ambiguous environments.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering across internal teams to drive alignment and deliver results.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset toward anticipating challenges and shaping solutions.
- Global company context: fluency in English as a working language is required.
