What you’ll do- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations in The Netherlands
- Hire, train, and develop supervisors and staff
- Monitor and improve food quality, speed of service, and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Drive operational efficiencies, cost control, and waste reduction
- Manage inventory and vendor relationships
- Analyze KPIs (e.g., revenue, labor cost, customer feedback)
- Lead expansion initiatives and support the opening of new locations
- Report directly to company leadership and contribute to strategic planning
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in fast casual / quick-service restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and service standards
- Hands‑on problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Based in or around Amsterdam
