RoleBuild the strongest partner ecosystem across NL & EU. As our new Partnership Manager, you will be the strategic and tactical sparring partner for preselected partners. You ensure they feel seen, understood, and supported, while you translate their goals into practical solutions using Deployteq’s products and services.
- Strengthening relationships with A‑marketing agencies that shape the campaigns of leading brands.
- Collaborating within an international partner team that is sharp, supportive, and impact‑driven.
- Spotting and converting commercial opportunities within both existing and new agency partnerships.
- Developing strategic growth and account plans that are actually executed, not forgotten.
- Representing the voice and needs of our partners within Deployteq, your insights matter.
- Identifying market developments across NL/EU and translating them into action.
- Leading contract negotiations and proactively involving partners in innovation and product improvements.
This role places you at the center of our international ecosystem of agencies, clients, and technology.

What You BringYou are commercially sharp, analytically strong, and communication is your superpower. With your proactive mindset, you don’t wait for opportunities — you create them.
- Loves working with top‑tier agencies and understands their business
- Combines strategic thinking with commercial sharpness
- Bachelor’s/Master’s level thinking
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar partnership, account management, or commercial role
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer‑first mentality
- Excellent written & verbal communication in Dutch and English
- A proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Analytical ability and attention to detail
- The flexibility and drive to thrive in a dynamic environment (no 9‑to‑5 mentality)
