On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking an NPI Project Manager to join their innovative team in Amsterdam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of sustainable home energy solutions and make a real impact on climate change.

As an NPI Project Manager, you will:

• Lead product development from concept to production
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead core project teams and organize development tasks
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, time, and budget
• Collaborate with product managers to execute product requirements
• Adhere to internal Product Development Processes
• Provide consistent project reporting and track KPIs
• Lead change and risk management processes
• Ensure proper resource allocation
• Support the development of internal processes

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in project management
• Experience in developing products integrating hardware and software
• Proactive, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
