👩💻 Your impact

As Senior QMS Manager, you become the heartbeat of quality at ViCentra, shaping how we scale, how we operate, and how our products reach the people who rely on them. You will take full ownership of a QMS that must be both rock‑solid and refreshingly simple, guiding the organisation toward a future where quality is digital, intuitive, and deeply embedded in everyday decision‑making. Your voice will matter: you’ll be the storyteller who brings clarity to complex topics, the steady presence during audits, and the strategic thinker who helps leadership see around corners. In this role, you won’t just maintain a system you’ll elevate it and influence teams across the company.

🔧 What you’ll take on

In your role, you will:

• Ensure ViCentra’s QMS remains robust, compliant, and continuously improving, with a strong focus on ISO 13485 and global medical device regulations.

• Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up of external audits (including future FDA and national authority inspections), acting as the face of the organization during these engagements.

• Maintain oversight of cross-functional quality activities, ensuring timely execution and clear communication across teams.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and products, making the QMS as efficient, paperless, and user-friendly as possible.

• Expand and optimize our eQMS environment, including further development of ETQ (experience with ETQ is a plus).

• Support additional quality domains as ViCentra grows, such as product release, incoming inspection, and supply quality.

• Provide strategic quality insights to leadership, including trending, reporting, and recommendations for improvement.

• Lead and develop a small team of quality professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

• Champion a quality mindset across the organization, ensuring regulatory awareness and strong communication at all levels.

📌 What you bring

• Several years of experience in Quality Management within the medical device industry, with strong mastery of ISO 13485 and related global regulations.

• Proven success managing or owning a QMS, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growing environment rather than a large corporate structure.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell a clear story, influence stakeholders, and represent the company confidently during audits.

• Experience leading teams and guiding cross-functional groups toward shared quality goals.

• A mindset that sees QA as a business enabler, pragmatic, solution-oriented, and focused on making processes efficient and value-adding.

• Openness to new ideas, including digitalization and the use of AI to simplify and strengthen quality processes.

• A creative, improvement-driven approach, with the ability to balance compliance with simplicity.

• Experience with eQMS systems; ETQ experience is a plus.

• Motivation to grow into a future Director-level role as the organization evolves.
