Our client is seeking a passionate and skilled Maintenance Manager with experience in coordinating technical solutions and bridging the gap between field operations and office teams. As the O&M Project Manager, your key duties will include:

• Project Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between office and field teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of solar and BESS systems, ensuring maximum system efficiency and uptime.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, collaborating with engineering and field teams to address complex operational problems.
• Project Delivery: Drive projects forward by managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed reports and performance metrics, translating system data into actionable insights to optimize future operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams while building an inclusive and supportive team culture that values diverse ideas.
• Training & Development: Provide guidance and training for team members to support professional growth and shared successes.

To thrive in this role, you should come with:

• Education: A degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of project management or technical coordination experience, preferably in solar and BESS operations.
• Proficiency: Technical knowledge of solar PV systems, BESS technologies, monitoring platforms, and diagnostics tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problem‑Solving Ability: Proven skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges under tight deadlines.
• Project Management Expertise: Experience in managing multiple projects, budgets, and schedules, with PMP certification or similar credentials being a plus.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to dynamic situations, align priorities, and thrive in a solution‑oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with OSHA standards or equivalent for safety on job sites.
• Experience using project management tools like MS Project, Trello, or equivalent.
