Product Manager Benelux

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Eindhoven we are looking for a:

We are looking for a strategic Product Manager to support our Benelux affiliate in driving successful product positioning, launches, and lifecycle management within Rare Diseases.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

• Translate global brand strategy and business objectives into local marketing plans for the Benelux.
• Lead product lifecycle management and support successful product launches.
• Define positioning, key messages, and value propositions for the local market.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, materials, and tools in close collaboration with Sales and Medical.
• Ensure Sales teams are equipped with the right messaging and materials to drive performance.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign effectiveness and KPIs.
• Contribute to the preparation and coordination of events, congresses, and advisory boards.
• Work in close alignment with cross‑functional teams while ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and company SOPs.

Your Qualifications And Experience

• Experience in Marketing or Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of the Belgian market and affinity with the broader Benelux context.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into concrete, actionable plans.
• Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Ambition to grow and develop within AOP Health.
