As a Key Account Manager you are responsible for the execution of your part of the strategic plan. This plan consists of a strategy how to develop and retain existing customers and how to win new customers by selling our value proposition. In this job you need to work closely with operations, purchasing and your sales peers to gain our customers trust and commitment.

Applicant's profile

• a relevant educational background
• understanding of financial side of the forwarding process
• experience MS office applications and SalesForce / CMS
• knowledge and good understanding of Contract Logistics IT landscape
• Excellent language skills in both Dutch & English and good intercultural relationship skills
• an insatiable appetite to learn so you are up-to-date with the branch and latest trends
• flexibility to reachable for escalations outside working hours
• a service-minded listener and convincing communicator, ready to be challenged by demanding high-profile clients and fulfil their logistical needs!
