Our AccuVeyor division focuses on advanced accumulation and buffer solutions that optimize product flow within automated production and logistics lines. To support the continued growth of this technology, we are looking for a Project Manager AccuVeyor.

As Project Manager AccuVeyor, you are responsible for leading customer-specific projects involving advanced accumulation conveyor solutions. You coordinate projects from the early sales-engineering phase through design, delivery and commissioning.

You act as the central point of contact for both customers and internal teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to the highest quality standards.

In this role you work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, Service and international teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions for our customers.

You will report to the Global Industry Leader AccuVeyor.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and execute AccuVeyor customer projects from concept to delivery
• Support customers in preparing business cases and project plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Production and Service
• Collaborate closely with the R&D department to integrate new product developments into complex customer projects.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets and risk mitigation
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate scope changes, order revisions and technical adjustments
• Participate in the conceptual design of customized accumulation and buffer solutions
• Review technical proposals and support Sales on complex project opportunities
• Manage suppliers and integrators involved in the project
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and engineering standards
• Support factory and site acceptance testing (FAT & SAT)
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to product and process development

You will also actively participate in the AccuVeyor team and SCRUM meetings and occasionally travel to customers, suppliers and AmbaFlex locations (approximately 20% travel).

You are a technically minded project manager who enjoys working in an international environment and coordinating complex automation projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing complex B2B technical projects
• Experience within automation, manufacturing, material handling or conveyor systems
• Strong understanding of mechatronic systems and automated machinery
• Knowledge of PLC / IPC programming is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems and CAD tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and structure
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
