Business Development Manager – Sneakers & Beauty Partnerships | Netherlands (Remote) — Location: Netherlands (Remote); Employment Type: Full-time; Salary Range: 90,000 – 200,000 EUR per year.

• Develop relationships with distributors and suppliers in sneaker and beauty categories
• Expand inventory and secure high-demand products
• Identify and onboard new distributors and suppliers
• Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and category execution
• Monitor market trends and opportunities to drive category growth

• Experience in business development, partnerships, or supplier acquisition
• Strong network with sneaker and/or beauty distributors or suppliers
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently

Languages: English and Dutch (Fluent)
