How you'll make an impact- Coordination of Operational Activities: Oversee all operational activities related to the realization of the project
- Budget Monitoring: Follow up on budgets, including cost control, profitability tracking, and guarantees
- Planning and Follow-up: Plan and monitor activities to ensure the desired deadline is met
- Safety Monitoring: Ensure safety during project execution
- Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Select and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and subcontractors, and coordinate and follow up on their activities
- Project Documentation: Provide all documentation and technical specifications to involved parties and ensure compliance
- Customer Relations: Maintain technical-commercial relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a project team composed of project engineers and subcontractors
- Higher technical education (preferably in electrical/energy engineering)
- Experience in project management within the energy sector
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Organizational talent, analytical mindset, good communication skills, commercial insight, and negotiation capabilities
- Willingness to occasionally travel abroad
