The Senior Manager,Operationsacts as the operational business owner for the entity, ensuring organizational efficiency, risk control, and alignment across all core and support functions. This roleis responsible fordriving operational excellence, enabling cross-functional coordination, and supporting strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities- Design and lead the company’s operating model to support scale, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and daily operations across all functions.
- Act as an operational owner responsible for safeguarding the business entity, managing operational risks, ensuring business continuity, and making key operational decisions.
- Leadcross-functional coordination to ensure alignment between teams and departments.
- Facilitate effective execution of company-wide initiatives and operational priorities.
- Partner withseniorleadership and executive team to translate strategic priorities into clear operational plans,executionofroadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee and coordinate support functions including HR, Finance, and Legal.

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations,General Management orFinance.
- 10+ years of experience in operations and/or finance roles, preferably within high-growth tech companies, startups, or R&D-driven environments.
- Strong financialexpertise, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and operational reporting.
- Proven operational leadership with experience in process optimization, KPI management, and scaling operational systems.
- Experience managing procurement, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations within technology organizations.
- Proficiencywith ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics), MS Office, and data analysis tools.
- A positivemind-setand people-oriented work ethic.
- Strong operational leadership and experience scaling operating models in fast-growing environments.
- Ability to translate strategy into clear execution plans and align cross-functional teams.
