Job DescriptionSeeking an experienced Talent Acquisition System Implementation Specialist to lead the further development and refinement of the company's recruitment technology landscape. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring seamless integration with existing HR processes and systems. This is a temporary position designed to support organizational change and system optimization.
Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of SAP SuccessFactors as the ATS.
- Coordinate system updates, process improvements, and new feature rollouts.
- Design, develop, and improve recruitment workflows and processes.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Manage change initiatives related to new systems and recruitment practices.
- Support cross-functional projects involving Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the ATS is fully configured and teams are trained to use the system effectively.
- Proven experience with ATS implementations, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with SAP or CRM systems in HR or recruitment contexts.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and process optimization.
- Ability to develop SOPs and process documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
