FunctieIn this position, you don’t just improve processes, you accelerate the organisation’s entire scaling strategy. You will:
- Build and develop a global, high‑quality supply base that strengthens resilience.
- Ensure QLTC criteria are secured in every sourcing decision and every supplier partnership.
- Bring sourcing into the early development stages by working closely with R&D and Engineering.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks that limit ramp‑up and operational readiness.
- Align Supply Chain, R&D, Operations and Management to shift from reactive to predictable execution.
- Increase supply chain performance through shorter lead times, stronger supplier commitment and higher reliability.
What you bring:
- A BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Physics or a comparable technical field.
- Around 10+ years of experience in supply chain management within high‑tech, deep‑tech or complex systems engineering environments.
- A relevant network within the Dutch and European high‑tech ecosystem.
- Proven experience in supplier development, global sourcing and ramp‑up environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, you influence outcomes without relying on formal authority.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Self‑leadership: you act proactively, take ownership and move initiatives forward
- A collaborative mindset: you build trust, connect departments and create clarity in complex environments.
