Purpose of the JobYou would be responsible for leading, inspiring, project managing and developing our client's concept - a well‑known global brand within the confectionary sector. Projects are related to International Travel Retail, which means that your play of field is at a global level.
The Account Manager will be accountable for developing client relationships and ensuring oversight of the account / project team. This includes all aspects of business management, overall business growth, development and maintenance of client relationships to effectively increase market share while helping clients improve their return on investment. To achieve this, the successful candidate must be an accountable project manager, excellent communicator, negotiator and team player working closely with other project team members.
The areas of spend under management with this FMCG client are Temporary + Permanent Point of Sale Materials (POSM) solutions.
This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client site(s) and home as necessary.

Key Responsibilities- Provide technical input and advice on projects
- Take client briefs, gather full specifications, set deadlines, and manage projects end‑to‑end
- Recommend alternative solutions and innovative approaches
- Produce detailed specifications and brief suppliers accordingly
- Deliver high‑level customer service and monitor projects for on‑time, accurate delivery
- Record all activity using required company tools
- Maintain strong knowledge of HH services and integrate digital solutions where relevant
- Support team delivery of contractual requirements, presentations, admin, reporting, and invoicing
- Attend meetings and press passes, including outside normal hours when needed
- Identify new business opportunities and manage budgets, P&Ls, and profitability
- Meet SLA targets, ensure compliance with policies, and monitor performance against business objectives
- Measure customer satisfaction and take action to improve results
- Experience in a client facing role is essential
- Permanent and temporary POS production experience is preferred
- Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs and KPIs
- Experience of end‑to‑end campaign and stock management
- Experience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
