We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS) to lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects across billing, CRM, order management, and revenue management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing complex telecom projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle for BSS implementations and upgrades
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including IT, network, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Manage BSS domains such as Billing Systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Order Management Product Catalog & Revenue Management
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Identify risks and issues; implement mitigation and escalation plans
• Manage third‑party vendors and system integrators
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate regular status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Drive UAT, deployment, and post‑implementation support

• 5–7 years of experience in project management within telecom domain
• Strong experience with BSS platforms (e.g., billing, CRM, mediation systems)
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale telecom projects
• Good understanding of telecom architecture and OSS/BSS integration
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to travel

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
