As Recruitment partner for our G&A and Operations, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process for finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, manufacturing, planning, etc. You work in a high‑pace, high‑growth environment where priorities can differ per department, and where speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment are key.
You translate hiring needs into concrete recruitment actions, build and maintain a strong pipeline, and ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience — from intake to contract signing and onboarding in Workday.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full recruitment cycle for all your responsible departments.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with the right hiring managers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across the multiple departments.
- Drive offers, contracts, and hiring administration in Workday.
- Proactively build talent pipelines using direct sourcing and external recruitment partners.
- Continuously improve the recruitment approach and come up with new sourcing ideas.
- Ensure high satisfaction among candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
