As a Project Manager NPI at NTS Eindhoven, you lead multiple teams that set up the production process for high‑tech (sub)assemblies in the Analytical and Semiconductor industry. Your central task is to guide new products from development to stable, repeatable series production.
The role requires close collaboration with the customer’s development department in an OEM setting, aligning functional product requirements with manufacturability in product and process design. You serve as the connection between customer, engineering, and production.
You are responsible for the QLTC objectives—Quality, Logistics, Technology, and Costs—setting targets with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and adjusting as needed. As commercial point of contact you work closely with account management.
You lead a multidisciplinary project team including Supplier Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering and Assembly, prioritizing tasks and creating optimal conditions for team performance.
Responsibilities- Define scope and QLTC targets in consultation with stakeholders.
- Translate targets into a supported project plan with customer and team.
- Achieve a commercial agreement in collaboration with account management.
- Plan and control the project in terms of milestones, QLTC frameworks, and introduced changes.
- Periodically report progress internally and to customer.
- Completed HBO+/WO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Technical Business Administration.
- Extensive experience as Project Manager in multidisciplinary and complex technical projects.
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMI, or IPMA project management techniques.
- Broad knowledge of prototype construction and improvement of production processes.
- Demonstrable experience in the semiconductor and/or analytical industry.
- Knowledge and experience with Lean and Six Sigma.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- Salary €6,000‑€7,500 gross per month, depending on experience.
- Over 40 days off: 27 vacation days + 13 ADV days.
